车规芯片可测性设计（Automotive DFT）既要支持传统的ATE Test，也要支持In-system Test，简称IST。前者指的是自动化机台测试，后者指的是芯片在系统产品环境下的自动化测试，比如车辆启动或行驶途中对芯片进行测试。
